Chilli Biltong Noodles

Ingredients

  • 200 g ramen or egg noodles
  • 50 g Spicy Chilli Wagyu Biltong, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon Hardcore Carnivore Red rub
  • 2 tablespoons Big Rick’s Hot As BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 2 spring onions, sliced, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions.  Drain and set aside.
  2. In a wok or large skillet over mediumhigh heat, warm the oil.  Add garlic and stirfry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.  Add carrot and cabbage; cook for 2 –3 minutes until just tender.
  3. Sprinkle Hardcore Carnivore Red rub over the vegetables and toss to coat.  Stir in the sliced Spicy Chilli Biltong, noodles, BBQ sauce, soy sauce and honey (if using).  Stirfry for another 2 minutes, ensuring everything is well combined and heated through.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with spring onions and sesame seeds.  Add an extra drizzle of Hot As sauce if you love heat.
