Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt. Heat oil or tallow in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Pour in the eggs and scramble gently until just set. Remove from heat.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
- To assemble, spoon scrambled eggs onto each tortilla. Top with chopped Chakalaka Biltong, avocado slices and coriander. Drizzle with Big Rick’s Original BBQ sauce and a swirl of Creamy Garlic Sauce if using.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
